Childcare Worker: Resource Person, at Daghemskooperativet Blåklockans Preschool

Blåklockan is a parent cooperative with space for about 20 children, aged 1-5 years, housed in a villa with its own kitchen where meals are prepared from scratch, in Arjeplog. The preschool is located in the residential area Öberget with a nice outdoor area and close to forest, nature, and playground.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us closely with a preschool-aged child as a resource person to provide individual support. You will assist in the educational training, in the children's play and activities, and help during nap times and meals. You focus on the child and contribute to creating joy around play and creativity for the child. You are positive, engaged, and flexible in your work. In the recruitment process, great importance will be placed on you as a person. It is not important how much experience you have; we are more interested in your personal suitability and that you fit into the team.

The team consists of five people, including you. The children are divided into groups of 1-2 year-olds and 3-5 year-olds, where we prioritize high staff density. With us, you will have close collaboration with the principal, who also works in the children's group, as well as with the board, which also provides short decision-making paths. We use the TYRA app as a tool for communication and documentation. We offer you work with friendly, engaged colleagues who have fun together with the children, educational meals, and involved guardians.

Blåklockan Preschool is a parent cooperative that has existed in Arjeplog for 30 years. The fact that the preschool operates as a parent cooperative means that the staff has the educational responsibility at the preschool, and engaged parents handle practical and administrative tasks outside of daily operations. The parent cooperative is run on a Christian basis, which means that in our value-based work we start from the values described in the Curriculum for the Preschool, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and Christian values, where we see each child as unique and valuable as they are. We want to convey joy, security, and a response to others as we ourselves wish to be treated.
